I have to be honest, once I did the encoding, I created an avisynth script to compare the frames and copied the frames from VirtualDub and pasted them into paint, but I trimmed incorrectly and so the frames are the first frame from each sequence, I have created new images from the 100th frame of each sequence. This time I used Avisynth's ability to output an image sequence.
My encodes use an x264 standard 250 frame keyframe interval.
