Hey, all. What type of wood should I look for for a drawing board? I went to Lowes to look at their wood section, and holy crap! Most of their wood is already curved and bent. I fished out a cheap 4 dollar plyboard that wasn't too bent, but I have a feeling it's gonna absorb moisture and bend on me soon. What sort of wood should I look for that won't bend easily? Something that's not too thick and heavy, preferably.whatsapp web 192.168.0.1 routerlogin

Re: Type of wood for drawing board
I'd say: Acrylic sheet (plexiglas)
It's flat, won't bend (if it's thick enough), it's not heavy and since it's transparent, you can even use it for a light-table.
(I suggest you pass some sandpaper on the back surface so the light won't hurt your eyes though)
