(for technical answers i prefer to speak english)
Manga Studio have some good quality nib pens, very dynamic! and the "line assistant" options that adjust the line and avoid the noise and shaking feel that Photoshop give if you try to ink at slow speed. if you turn up at maximum that option you can make straight lines at free hand. is very helpful to speed up the work.
also Illustrator have the same tool but i prefer MS.
