Et bonus Catsuka : je vous ai déniché une interview d'Eiko Tanaka (publiée aujourd'hui / en japonais), qui n'est autre que la co-fondatrice du Studio 4°C et la productrice du studio depuis sa fondation il y a plus de 30 ans. Et elle y partage de nombreux souvenirs historiques du studio.

Par contre attention, la plateforme référence le film sous le titre "Shin Masked Rider", qu'il faudra donc tapoter dans le moteur de recherche Prime Video pour le trouver.

Le film était déjà dispo en Blu-ray là bas depuis un moment, comme dans d'autres pays qui l'ont sorti au ciné et/ou en vidéo (Japon y compris).
Crunchyroll ne précise pas encore d'ailleurs s'il s'agira du dub chinois ou japonais.

Et pour l'occasion, le Studio Ghibli (toujours sur Twitter) a fait faire des dessins hommages au film par de très grands noms de l'animation japonaise : Takeshi Honda et Toshiyuki Inoue.
Et ils ont aussi remis en avant un autre dessin fait il y a quelques temps par Akihiko Yamashita pour une rediffusion de Lupin the 3rd Part II.

Il s'agira donc de captations de cette performance jouée l'an dernier au Japon, conçue par John Caird (Les Misérables, Royal Shakespeare Company), et avec deux comédiennes différentes (selon les représentations) pour le rôle de Chihiro : Kanna Hashimoto et Mone Kamishiraishi.

Le distributeur déclarant : Enfin disponible en DCP pour la 1re fois en France, le film était jusqu’ici l’un des très rares du catalogue du légendaire studio japonais à ne plus pouvoir être vu en salles faute de matériel adéquat. Nous sommes heureux que les spectateurs français puissent voir ou revoir au cinéma ce chef-d’œuvre de l’animation.

De plus, si la série est bien disponible comme prévu sur Disney+ en France et dans d'autres pays, aux USA ils ont finalement décidé au dernier moment de la balancer sur Hulu (elle n'est donc pas dispo là-bas sur Disney+, contrairement à ce qui avait été annoncé au départ).
L'occasion de faire une petite vidéo évoquant ce mouvement pour le moins mauvais.

Le premier épisode "Only Dream in Risky" est en ligne depuis aujourd'hui, ça fait plaisir de voir mis en avant le staff (coucou Barh <3), et aussi de voir que Riot ne cache pas les aléas de la prod, et notamment la production du premier épisode pilote quasi jeté à la poubelle il y a plusieurs années.
