Découvrez la première bande annonce de BELLE, le nouveau film de Mamoru Hosoda (Les Enfants Loups, Mirai...) prévu cet été au Japon.
Le film est produit par le Studio Chizu (qui fête ses 10 ans), et la distribution internationale est assurée par les français de Charades (cocorico).

Initialement prévu en salles, le long-métrage The Mitchells vs. The Machines (anciennement connu sous le nom "Connected") a été racheté par Netflix.
Sony Pictures Animation lâche donc à la plateforme SVOD son prochain gros film 3D (produit par Lord & Miller), ce qui ne fait que renforcer la tendance attendue pour le monde d'après où les grosses productions cinémas n'auront plus forcément la primeur d'une sortie cinéma ...

Quoi de mieux que de vous annoncer la sortie d'un nouveau film 2D du Studio 4°C pour vous souhaiter une bonne année !
Voici donc la première image de Gyoko no Nikuko-chan, long-métrage que le studio sortira à l'été 2021 au Japon.
Il est réalisé par Ayumu Watanabe avec des character-designs de Kenichi Konishi, bref deux très grands artistes qui avaient déjà oeuvrés ensemble sur le très beau Les Enfants de la Mer.
Le film est adapté du livre du même nom de Kanako Nishi. Un site officiel 29kochanmovie.com est déjà en place, ainsi qu'un premier teaser avec des images de storyboards.

Et voici le trailer final de l'ultime film d'Evangelion baptisé Evangelion: 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon A Time, qui sortira enfin dans les salles japonaises le 23 janvier 2021.
J'espère sincèrement que la réalisateur Hideaki Anno en est satisfait et qu'il mettra une bonne fois pour toutes le point final à ce projet initié il y a 27 ans avec la série culte.

Et voici le premier vrai trailer en HD - et sous-titré anglais - pour le téléfilm d'animation 3D Earwig and the Witch (Aya et la sorcière) réalisé par Goro Miyazaki au Studio Ghibli. Il a été publié par GKIDS, qui assurera la sortie aux USA l'an prochain.
L'occasion donc de mieux comprendre l'histoire du film, et aussi de se rendre compte enfin du rendu CG. J'en profite d'ailleurs pour faire un rictus à pas mal de sites (comme Allociné et d'autres) qui s'étaient fourvoyés en faisant/publiant de sales upscales HD de la version SD du trailer de ce film publié précédemment par la NHK. Je mets leur comportement dans le panier de la Ghibli mania qui pousse vraiment les gens à faire n'importe quoi ;-]

C'est avec un réel plaisir que je vous dévoile les premières images de Arco, le premier projet de long-métrage solo d'Ugo Bienvenu, produit par son studio Remembers (et Felix de Givry), en co-production avec Valérie Schermann et sa nouvelle société Akaba (elle était précédemment aux commandes de Prima Linea).
Ce projet de film 2D de 80min sera présenté en Mars prochain au festival pro du Cartoon Movie, et pour avoir déjà vu le pilote, je peux vous garantir que c'est un très beau projet, je suis grave stimulé :-]
Synopsis :
What if rainbows were people from the future traveling in time?
Arco, 12 years old, lives in a far future. During his first flight in his rainbow suit, he looses control and falls in the past.
Iris, a little girl his age from 2075, saw him fall. She rescues him and tries by all mean to send him back to his era.

Le très beau long-métrage d'animation chinois The Legend Of Hei réalisé par MTJJ sortira aux USA et au Canada l'an prochain via Shout Factory, après être sorti il y a quelques semaines au cinéma au Japon.
Il ne reste plus maintenant qu'à un distributeur français de se sortir les doigts du derrière pour le proposer au cinéma chez nous :-] D'ailleurs les droits de distribution monde de ce film sont gérés par une nouvelle société française, PlayBig, créée par Frederic Puech, ancien de Planet Nemo qui avait déjà beaucoup oeuvré sur la distribution d'autres oeuvres animées chinoises comme Da Hai et Scissor Seven (achetés par Netflix).

Deep Sea est un futur long-métrage d'aimation chinois réalisé par Tian Xiaopeng, qui avait déjà signé le film Monkey King: Hero Is Back (dispo sur Netflix).
Produit par Coloroom Pictures et October Media, ce film 3D avance une direction artistique très picturale, puisant dans la tradition de la peinture chinoise.
L'histoire suivra les aventures d'une jeune fille en quête des mystères du monde sous-marin.

Although antique stories are popular among Chinese animation works in recent years, "Deep Sea" will apply a different way, using unique oriental aesthetics to interpret a fantasy story with a modern background.
The film "Deep Sea" builds a different brand new underwater world, and tells the story of a girl who encounters a unique life journey, seeking and searching in the mysterious underwater world.
The images such as the huge maelstroms, peculiar fishes, eyes in the maelstroms that present in the poster, all demonstrate the iceberg tip of the "Deep Sea" world. The posture of the leading girl swimming into the maelstrom firmly just acknowledges the slogan on the poster -- "Where the heart goes is deeper than the sea."
