Un mangaka réalisant lui même un film d'animation de sa BD, c'est assez rare pour être signalé, et c'est ce qui est en train de se passer pour le nouveau film d'animation de Slam Dunk chez Toei Animation (que je vous avais déjà annoncé).

L'auteur original Takehiko Inoue signera en effet la réalisation et le scénario, accompagné notamment de Yasuyuki Ebara (Attack on Titan, Kabenari of the Iron Fortress) au character design & à la direction de l'animation.

Sortie prévue fin 2022.
