Repris en 2009 par une jeune association, le Festival Harajuku (créé il y a 9 ans par les Éditions Delcourt) revient cette année encore et ce week-end dans le parc de Bercy. C'est toujours gratuit, toujours en plein air, avec des fanzines, du cosplay, et autres activités liées au manga. Ambiance détendue garantie !
