Les habitués de Catsuka se rappellent sans doute de Rony Hotin (ancien des Gobelins) pour son très beau court-métrage Le Vagabond de Saint-Marcel (malheureusement plus en ligne), ou encore sa très belle BD Momo.

Et bien Rony développe actuellement sont tout premier long-métrage, Sidi Kaba et la Porte du Retour (Sidi Kaba and the Gateway Home), avec la société française Special Touch.

Ce projet de film est scénarisé par Jerôme Piot, il parle de la vie du premier esclave à franchir la porte du non-retour, et sera présenté lors de la prochaine édition du festival pro du Cartoon Movie (en mars à Bordeaux).
