Il y a quelques semaines je relayais sur mes réseaux (et Youtube) une pub chinoise qui a fait le tour du net, puisqu'il s'agissait d'une version 3D assez époustouflante d'Evangelion ... pour vendre un smartphone ;-] en l'occurence le OPPO Ace2 x EVA.

Et bien le réalisateur de cette pub, Somei Sun (un motion designer chinois), vient de publier la version "complète" de ce film promotionnel, sous le titre Evangelion "It Can (Not) Be True", et sous une forme director's cut / court-métrage qui ne fait plus du tout la promo du téléphone portable. Sans doute qu'il a réussi à trouver un arrangement avec OPPO pour livrer son hommage à sa façon.

EVANGELION is an anime that was crazy and obsessed in my childhood. This year its final theater version will be released soon. I also hope to use my way to commemorate this animation throughout my growing period.
Every eva movie has a subtitle. I also chose a name for my work, pronounced: "true".

The meaning is realistic. Because the core purpose of this creation is to try to make the EVA world real. On the other hand, you can also see some real-world images added to the dream section of the film.

There is a saying in the EVA movie that I really like "Dream is the continuation of reality, reality is the end of dream".

We live in such chaos, a chao•real world. But no matter what kind of disaster we face, we can still smile, connect with each other, and give each other strength.
