Et la vidéo n'est quasiment pas géobloquée, elle est visible dans le monde entier, sauf en Angleterre et au Mexique (et bien évidemment la vidéo n'est proposée qu'en qualité DVD, ce type de mise en ligne - qui reste très rare - dans notre monde (légal) étant évidemment destinée à inciter à l'achat du film en SVOD et Bluray).

Nouveau petit film promo pour la collection de figurines Modern Gals, conçues et fabriquées par Underverse, société fondée en Chine par l'illustrateur Ashley Wood.
Rares sont les pubs animées pour des toys, et comme précédemment c'est réalisé en 3D avec le talent de l'animateur chinois Somei, déjà vu dans mes colonnes pour son hommage à Evangelion, le clip Light Catcher, ou encore Link Click.
Un teaser qui annonce la sortie de la prochaine figurine Dom Dom, et qui fait suite au précédent film promo "The Hunt" (qui teasait la précédente figurine de Momo).
Bref, ils s'amusent à mettre en scène cette série de figurines dans un univers, sachant que "l'héroïne" de la gamme, Yum Ziya, a même son compte Instagram.

Le développement d'un film "The Legend of Zelda" vient en effet d'être communiqué officiellement par Nintendo, qui finance le film avec Sony, en confiant les commandes au réalisateur Wes Ball (Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, Maze Runner), et avec Shigeru Miyamoto & Avi Arad en producteurs.
Pour rappel il ne s'agit pas du premier projet de long inspiré de la saga vidéo ludique, puisque le studio Imagi avait déjà tenté l'aventure (en 3D) il y a plus de 15 ans.

Il s'agit de la première réalisation solo / du premier projet porté par Miyazaki, qui jusque là - ou plutôt au même moment - ne s'était vu confier que la réalisation ou co-réalisation de quelques épisodes seulement sur la première série de Lupin III.
Malheureusement, ce projet de série de Yuki's Sun (adaptée d'un manga de Tetsuya Chiba) n'a jamais été produite au final.
A voir donc sur Mubi et aussi sur leur corner Prime Video (USA).

En moins d'un mois, plus d'1 millions de spectateurs sont déjà allés voir le film en salles (dans un pays qui compte 38 millions d'habitants).
Ce film en rotoscopie / peinture animée est réalisé par D.K. Welchman et Hugh Welchman via BreakThru Films (Loving Vincent), et il est actuellement dans la course pour les prochains Oscars.

En Occident, c'est surtout la version de 85min du dernier épisode qui est proposée sur les plateformes SVOD, mais sachez qu'il existe aussi au Japin une version de ce final découpée en épisodes d'une durée plus habituelle.
Et dans cette version épisodique sont proposés de nouveaux (et tout aussi finaux) opening & ending, que vous n'aurez donc probablement pas vus, mais que vous pouvez retrouver sur Youtube :
