L'éditeur français Spectrum Films a annoncé la sortie prochaine en Blu-ray du long métrage d'animation A Chinese Ghost Story, réalisé par Tsui Hark en 1997, et beaucoup moins connu que ses films live du même nom (Histoire de fantômes chinois).
Cette version 2D avait été produite au Japon, au studio Triangle Staff, avec Takashi Nakamura (Robot Carnival, A Tree of Palme) en tant que character designer.
